Welcome to your tranquil seaside retreat in southern Spain! This 2-bedroom villa is designed to host up to 4 guests, offering a blend of comfort, style, and a prime location near Mojacar's famous beaches and attractions.
Inside, you'll find:
- Bedroom 1: A spacious king bedroom with an ensuite featuring a walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds and access to a bathroom with a tub and overhead shower.
- Living Area: A bright and airy space with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the patio.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, perfect for preparing family meals.
- Essentials: Washing machine, air conditioning, heating, towels, toiletries, and bed linens are all provided for your convenience.
Outside, relax by the swimming pool, surrounded by lush garden .The charming terrace has furniture and sun loungers.
With a private entrance and on-site parking, you’ll enjoy privacy and convenience.
The villa is just a short walk from the beach, making it easy to soak up the sun and explore the coastal beauty. Local Attractions: - Valle Del Este Golf course and Spa - Sunshine Charters (Sunset Boat Trips & Fishing Trips) - Indalo Bowling - Buceo Mojácar Scuba Diving - AquaVera Water Park - Pulpi Geode: Discovered in 1999 inside an abandoned mine in Southern Spain, Pulpí Geode is the largest crystal 'cave' of its kind in the world. - Paddle Surf Mojácar - Mojácar Pueblo, located in the very east of Andalusia, officially one of the most beautiful white villages in Spain. - Apartment is 650m from the nearest beach, bars and restaurants. Shops and banks are within a 10 minute walk. A car is not necessary at this apartment. House Rules: - Check-in time is from 4pm. Check-out is 11am. - No smoking within the property, if smoking outside please dispose of used cigarettes respectfully. FAQ Can we bring our pets to the property? Whilst we love animals the building is pet free in consideration for those with allergies. Is there space for us to park our car? We have parking facilities at the premises! Can we use the property for our party? Unfortunately not, the property is located in a quiet area and we’re very conscious of keeping our neighbours happy.
They’re very friendly and respectful of us and so we ask our guests to extend that courtesy to our neighbours when they stay with us.

La casa tiene de todo tipo de detalles, típica casa que parece más una casa en la que se vive diariamente, que una casa vacacional. Las camas son supercómodas y las habitaciones y el resto de la casa estaba superlimpia

Nous avons eu un merveilleux séjour à Playa Mojacar! Les instructions d’arrivée était clairs et ont facilité notre arrivée. Le logement est parfait, très propres et bien équipés avec de petites attentions à notre égard !
Marche facile vers la plage. Le complexe était très propre avec une jolie piscine! Je recommande sans hésitation!.

Está genial el apartamento, muy equipado y los anfitriones muy atentos! Es una urbanización tranquila
Está al subir muchas cuestas y al principio es difícil encontrarlo y llegar con coche, pero no es mala la ubicación
