12A Lake Escape consists of an open-plan kitchen/living/diner with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, with dining seating for four people, and sitting area with TV and electric fire, and a utility with washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite bathroom, double with TV, and a single with TV, along with a wet room. Outside, there is wraparound decking and patio with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You’ll find a shop in 1.8 miles, pub in 1.9 miles, lake in 0.1 miles, and river in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. 12A Lake Escape is a delightful base for a Lancashire escape. Note: Property is wheelchair accessible.
