This house is just minutes from several Pyrenean ski resorts (Bourg d'Oueil, Peyragudes, and Superbagnères) in the Haute-Garonne department! Come and discover this large gîte housed in a farmhouse, in the heart of a small Pyrenean village, near the spa town of Luchon: it's the ideal place for a stay with family or friends! A wood and stone interior creates a warm atmosphere, fireplaces to warm your winter evenings, and several living spaces make for a pleasant setting.

Flexible sleeping arrangements and the possibility of renting the two units separately.
Hiking trails on site and nearby ski resorts.
A second gîte for 15 people is 500m away, and meals for 30 people can be arranged in the large living room.

La Tiège: on the ground floor, large living room for dining (fireplace + wood stove) with kitchenette, WC.
First floor: living room (pellet stove), equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one 140cm double bed) (two 90cm single beds) with private shower rooms/WC, and shower room/WC.
Second floor via two staircases: two bedrooms and one attic dormitory (two 90cm single beds each).
Electric heating. 2026 PRICES for 15 people: excluding school holidays: weekend at €573, week at €903 - Spring and All Saints' Day holidays: €1002 per week - Summer holidays: €1406 per week - Winter holidays: €1569 and Christmas and New Year holidays: €2120 per week.

Ce gîte est très grand et bien équipé.Le propriétaire en plus d’être tout à fait charmant, ne nous à imposé aucun horaire d’arrivée ni de départ.Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis

Trés bien situé, de jolies balades ou randos au départ du gite, juste à coté des stations de ski. Le gite est confortable et chaleureux et l'accueil parfait. Merci pour tout !
