“Residenza Garda Deluxe” is a wonderful newly renovated residence located in Garda, right in the center of the town, convenient to all services and a few steps from the lakeside.
The apartments all have independent access, located on the first or second floor.
Furnished in a modern and refined style, they have a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a large living area with equipped kitchen.
They are equipped with every comfort for your holiday: Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen equipped with induction hob, cooking accessories, access with convenient electronic lock, with a set of linen included.
On the ground floor of the building there is an exclusive bike room for guests.
The apartments are convenient to all services: just 50 meters away there is a convenient car park (for a fee) and the Garda bus stop.
Just a few steps and you will be in the historic center of Garda and on the lakeside! Its position facilitates visits to the most famous places on the lake, such as Garda, Bardolino, Lazise.
Convenient for reaching the theme parks of Gardaland, Movieland, Canevaworld, Jungle Park and panoramic points of interest such as the Rocca di Garda, the wonderful Punta San Vigilio and the Baia delle Sirene Park.
The area offers numerous cycling routes, both on the road and by mountain bike! 🔎 Regarding the security deposit: a security deposit of 300 euros for apartments and 500 euros for villas via credit card is required as a guarantee for the apartment.
This is not a payment, but only a pre-authorization, which will be automatically cancelled within a maximum of 3 days after your departure.

Moderne, saubere Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage. Man erreicht alles fußläufig in Garda.
Einzige Nachteile: Der öffentliche Parkplatz kostet 10€/Tag (kein privater vorhanden).
Weiterhin ist der Balkon über einer stark befahrenen Straße
