Functional studio able to accommodate up to 2 adults is located in the heart of the pedestrian historic center: 350 meters from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo; 400 meters from Palazzo Ducale; 650 meters from the Aquarium and the departure of boats to Portofino, Camogli, San Fruttuoso, Cinque Terre; 200 meters from the museum center of Via Garibaldi. The space

Studio apartment of 26 square meters is located on the mezzanine floor of a charming historic building NOT equipped with a lift (we point out the presence of internal stairs) and is composed as follows

- Kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, moka kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils;

- Sleeping area located on the characteristic mezzanine and equipped with a double bed; PLEASE NOTE: the height of the mezzanine is reduced.

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower;


Additional services available to guests: unlimited WiFi, independent heating, air conditioning (1 split), washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack.


PLEASE NOTE: The entrance to the apartment is shared with other guests. This space is provided with a security camera.


Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).


Due to the presence of internal stairs, the property cannot accommodate children.

Guest access

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode. We will provide further instructions as you approach your arrival.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C
