This luxurious, modern seafront studio apartment is located in a peaceful apartment complex just 30 meters from the sea, surrounded by nature, secluded coves, pebble beaches, and hiking trails.
It offers a communal saltwater swimming pool (36 m2) open from May to October, with temperatures typically reaching 20-26°C. The studio apartment is located on the ground floor and features one queen-size bed, a Smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen/dining and seating area with an induction hob, refrigerator and freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher.
The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. The furnished terrace (15 m2) offers a beautiful view of both the pool and the sea. The pool area on the ground floor is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower, and it provides direct access to the sea for comfortable swimming.
A shared laundry room on the ground floor includes a washing machine, laundry capsules/detergent, and an iron for guest use. The apartment complex is just a 1 km stroll along the seaside from the town center, a comfortable 15-minute walk.
