The room was clean. The host was responsive to the TV issues and responded in kind. The host also adjusted the thermostat so I stayed nice and cool. The mattress leaves a bit to be desired and the guest couch is a bit firm. The directions to the site could be a little more clear. All in all it is conveniently located between Clermont and groveland with a quick connection to the fl turnpike

The studio itself was really nice and we enjoyed the stay. Only issue we had was that there was no thermostat in our room and we were constantly getting extremely hot, especially at night. We both sweat all night because of how warm and muggy the air was. We were constantly having to text one of the...

Upon arriv the locks to both doors were broken, but the property manager got that fixed for us very quickly thank god.
The bedding/linen/towels were very old and did not feel clean.
There was only one extra blanket which smelled so we couldn’t even use that. No extra sheets and no extra towels.
Overall, I wasn’t very happy with the stay. Luckily it was only 1 night.
