It measures 45 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests.
Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 27 m² living room, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a beautiful, light-filled double bedroom with storage space and a bed measuring 160x200, and a bathroom (with a bath). You can enjoy a lovely enclosed garden of around 90 m² for those beautiful summer evenings.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
Wi-Fi included, via fibre broadband. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 27 m² living room with a TV and a small office area featuring a fold-out desk facing the window overlooking the garden. - A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob.. - A bedroom with one queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with a shower, bath and separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in the following additional amenities: a barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Outdoors: - A terrace and a garden with outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather The flat is ideally situated in Vannes, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park at the station car park (paid parking). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Vannes SNCF station, a 5-minute walk away - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 1 hour 15 minutes away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - The property is entirely non-smoking Important: Renovation work is currently underway in a neighbouring ground-floor flat.

L'emplacement est très central et idéal pour un séjour à Vannes. Malheureusement pas de parking attitré. Appartement très propre et idéal pour une ou deux personnes. Entrée de la maison pas du tout entretenu et poubelles communes pas vidé. Terrasse et petit jardin idéal pour la détente.
