Casa Padrón is the perfect home base for up to 5 guests featuring a King Bedroom, a Queen Bedroom, a twin pull-out sofa in the living room and two full private bathrooms stocked with the best toiletries! There is off street, private parking located on site as well as full sized laundry machines to make your stay here a breeze.
Casa Padrón boasts natural light throughout the entire home, offers brand new mattresses and high speed WiFi so you can vacation in total comfort.
Check-In, sit back and relax when you stay with Brightwild! The open concept living space has plenty of seating, a Smart HD TV and access to the private outdoor dining area.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with brand new Bertazzoni appliances as well as cookware and dishware for use throughout your stay.
We provide a Keurig coffee machine fully stocked with coffee, creamer and sweeteners so your morning brew is on us! The home has a King Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a Queen Bedroom, a twin pull-out sofa in the living room, and an additional full private bathroom.
Take in the historic Ybor City streets on your front porch swing or share a meal in your private outdoor dining area. - PETS: We are pet-friendly! Our pet fee is $50/pet.
We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags.
Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees.
You must notify us if you are bringing an animal! Noise - Please note you may experience noise especially on weekends due to the home's proximity to Centro Ybor, once you book with us we assume you understand the noise that may come along with staying in this property.
We supply white noise machines in both bedrooms for your use to mitigate any excess noise.
Smoking - This is a non-smoking property.
Smoking of any kind in the interior of the home will result in a $500 fine.

Ybor City is a very walkable neighborhood however, there are also self-service bicycles and electric scooters available for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Greater Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa and Ybor City have a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay by app parking.
