The studio is located in a free-standing, 400-year-old farmhouse, which is surrounded by meadows and lies in the agricultural zone.
The entire house was thoroughly renovated and remodelled in 2023/2024. A storage room for sports equipment, an uncovered parking space, and a beautiful furnished terrace (sun from morning to evening, thus with nice sunsets!) are available.
The house is situated at an elevated hillside location, is 1.4 km from the Gstaad train station (3 min. by car, 20 min. on foot) or 1.2 km from the Gruben railway station, and closeby to the "panorama path". New, stylishly and lovingly furnished studio.

The studio has an open kitchen (induction stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine (Nespresso), as well as fondue and raclette set), dining table with 2 chairs, 2 armchairs, and a bed (180x200cm). 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin with mirror cabinet, and toilet.
Individually adjustable underfloor heating, WiFi. INCLUDED: Electricity, heating, water, 1 uncovered parking space, WiFi, coffee capsules (Nespresso, initial supply), kitchen, bathroom, and bed linens (initial supply) as well as tourist taxes.
EXCLUDED: Electric car charging station for an additional fee. These must be paid directly to the key holder. ***Pets not allowed***.
