Information about the host
4-storey building with elevator located in the lower part of the village and a few meters from the blue Sépaya ski slope and the ski school with underground skiing.
Conditions/extras
The deposit of 50% of the rental must be paid at the time of booking and the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
The reservation will only be taken into account upon receipt of the deposit.

Check-in:
I also collect a deposit of 200.- chf in cash only (or by Twint for Swiss) and tourist taxes (3.-/adult over 18 years old/night and 1.50/child between 6 and 17 years old/ night).
Any check-in/check-out outside the times indicated incurs a supplement of 25.-/hour delay.
Check-out:
Departures after 10 a.m. are not possible with some exceptions.
Final cleaning, bed, bath and kitchen linens are included in the rental.
When you leave, you must unmake the beds, put away the dishes and empty all the trash cans (including those in the bathrooms).
The dishwasher must be completely emptied and the dishes put away. If this is not the case, compensation of 50.- CHF will be withheld from the deposit.
Under no circumstances may furniture or other furnishings be moved.
Non-smoking apartment. Animals are not accepted

Apartment A33 benefits from a large double-aspect lounge and kitchen area, with stunning views of the Dents du Midi and the Rhone Valley from the French windows, private balcony and large private patio area. Living area with sofas, dining table, coffee table, DVDs, board games and storage cupboards. Shoe rack, coat hooks and ski helmet/glove rack. Well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Free-to-use communal washing machine and tumble dryer. Free high-speed WiFi and Cable TV. Wood stove with logs provided. Ski Locker. Boot Locker. Elevator to parking area.
