Building complex of 6 apartments built in 2001, close to the ski slopes and the center of the resort. View on the Dents-du-Midi mountains. No elevator. Laundry room.

Conditions/extras
The deposit of 50% of the rental must be paid at the time of booking and the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
The reservation will only be taken into account upon receipt of the deposit.

Check-in:
I also collect a deposit of 200.- chf in cash only (or by Twint for Swiss) and tourist taxes (3.-/adult over 18 years old/night and 1.50/child between 6 and 17 years old/ night).
Any check-in/check-out outside the times indicated incurs a supplement of 25.-/hour delay.
Check-out:
Departures after 10 a.m. are not possible with some exceptions.
Final cleaning, bed, bath and kitchen linens are included in the rental.
When you leave, you must unmake the beds, put away the dishes and empty all the trash cans (including those in the bathrooms).
The dishwasher must be completely emptied and the dishes put away. If this is not the case, compensation of 50.- CHF will be withheld from the deposit.
Under no circumstances may furniture or other furnishings be moved.

Description of the accommodation
3.5 room apartment (73m2) located on the 1st floor. Included : 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2x bunk bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 wc, 1 opened kitchen on the living room (with a dishwasher), 1 living room with TV. 1 balcony. 1 ski box. Remarks: water, electricity, heating, bedlinen, final cleaning and 2 parking places are included in the price. Not included: resort taxes. Animals are not accepted. Free WIFI
