Information about the host
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms for 8 beds: 1 large double bed; 2 twin beds (which can be pushed together to form a large bed), and 2x 2 bunk beds that can accommodate up to 4 people. A bathroom with bath and WC, and a bathroom with shower and WC.
The kitchen is equipped with plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery, utensils etc., plus an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, extractor, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
The kitchen area has a large dining table for 10 people.
In the living room there is a fireplace (with logs provided), TV with cable channels, DVD/CD player, plenty of DVDs, CDs, books and games free to use. Your rental includes exclusive access to the balcony and patio in front of the kitchen - both with views of the Dents du Midi mountains and the Rhone valley.
Lockers for skis and ski boots are also available.
You also have 2 parking spaces in the closed and private underground car park.

Conditions/extras
The deposit of 50% of the rental must be paid at the time of booking and the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
The reservation will only be taken into account upon receipt of the deposit.

Any check-in/check-out outside the times indicated incurs a supplement of 25.-/hour delay.
Check-out:
Departures after 10 a.m. are not possible with some exceptions.
Final cleaning, bed, bath and kitchen linens are included in the rental.
When you leave, you must unmake the beds, put away the dishes and empty all the trash cans (including those in the bathrooms).
The dishwasher must be completely emptied and the dishes put away. If this is not the case, compensation of 50.- CHF will be withheld from the deposit.
Under no circumstances may furniture or other furnishings be moved.
