The villa is laid out as follows: An entrance hall, living room with TV, a dining room opening onto a shaded terrace, and an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen.
All these rooms benefit from reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort. Three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), a TV, built-in wardrobes, and French doors leading to the garden. A shower room with a walk-in shower and a separate WC complete the accommodation.
