Concierge service & ski rental partnership: contact your local representative for preferential rates. ## Logement Located on the 1st floor without lift of an old renovated farmhouse located in the Bossons area, it includes : - a room with a double bed (160 cm) (duvet 220 cm); - a shower room with separate toilet and water heater - a fully equipped kitchen - a dining area ; - and a living room with a 140cm sofa bed to relax after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate the small furnished balcony with a view of the Bossons glacier and Mont Blanc, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in peace and quiet.
The following facilities will be at your disposal: Baby cot, Parking, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, 2 Filter and Nespresso coffee machines, Microwave, Oven.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.
The little extras : - Wifi and television (in operation from June) ; - Ski locker ; - 2 parking spaces (outside parking, on the right as you leave the building, just after the Hôtel de l'Aiguille du Midi if you are coming from Chamonix); - Collective garden; - Collective barbecue; - Induction cooker; - Electric heating (to be turned off after rental); - Storage space.
One of the assets of the flat is its location.
It is located ; - 10 to 15 minutes walk from the lake and the Gaillands climbing site. - 5 to 10 minutes drive from Chamonix town centre and Les Houches ski area.
The Bossons train station and bus stop are right next door and thanks to the guest cards given to you on arrival, transport will be free and will take you right into the town centre and to the foot of the ski lifts, notably the Aiguille du Midi cable car from where you can go to the Vallée Blanche or walk on the glacier! For bookings validated before 16 November 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost.
For bookings made after 16 November 2023, linen is included.
You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveller.

Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and many activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...).
Other touristic places are also very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m of altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace.
The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers.

Where to park could be made clearer on arrival eg entrance on side road, not ‘next to property.’
Shower vent switch shouldn’t be in electric cabinet. Radiator on off switches location in instructions
알프스에 온다면, 스위스 보다는 조금 더 저렴한 샤모니에 또 올 생각입니다. 프랑스 GOOD !!!

풍경이 멋지고, 조용해서 좋았어요.
메세지로 과하다 싶을 정도로 안내를 잘 받았습니다.
Negative:
주방에 손상된 집기들이 있었습니다. 숙소에 손산된 부분들을 입실시에 하나하나 체크하고, 사진 찍어야해서 번거로웠네요.
나중에 발견된 문제들도 있어서, 보증금 돌려받을 때까지 신경 쓰였습니다.

Great Mountain View. Good location,close to Chamonix.
New furniture and household appliances,so for family it’s really comfortable place.
Negative:
1.A shower (water always splashes on the floor)
2.This accommodation provides bed sheets and towels for extra money. I’ve been in a lot of hotels through the world and I meet such a service for the first time. Don’t like it.
