The ideal getaway for up to 4 guests, this modern bungalow features a spacious layout, foot heating, a cozy terrace, and a Whirlpool option, all nestled in a serene location.
The Schwanbeck holiday home is a bungalow with approximately 85 square meters of living space located on a 1200 square meter property.
All rooms and the terrace are on a single level, making it suitable for guests with mobility restrictions.
The house features excellent insulation and underfloor heating throughout. The layout includes a spacious entrance, an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and other appliances, alongside a dining area and living room.
The living room boasts a 65-inch flat-screen TV, while the bedroom has a 40-inch TV. The master bedroom includes a double bed, and an additional bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The bathroom consists of a shower, bathtub, vanity, and toilet.
A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available.
Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. The Schwanbeck holiday home features an inviting outdoor area that enhances the overall experience.
Guests can enjoy a spacious terrace furnished with comfortable seating and a gas grill, perfect for al fresco dining.
The property is set on a generous 1200 sqm lot, providing ample space to relax.
Starting August 2024, a whirlpool will be available on the sun terrace for an additional fee, offering a luxurious touch to outdoor relaxation.

Es war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet.
Verdunklungsrollos in den Schlafzimmern wären gut, auch wenn nachts die LKW's mit Licht an vorbeidonnern. Ebenso eine ganze Umzäunung, gerade wegen der Straße, die so dicht am Haus entlang geht.
