The Part-Dieu shopping center, Westfield with its many shops, restaurants (Le petit Ogre, Copain comme canard...), cinemas (UGC Part-dieu), it is a residential area that is also teeming with activity with the proximity of the train station. - Just a few minutes' walk from Place Guichard, where there is a market on Tuesday and Sunday mornings, as well as a wide range of shops (bakery, restaurant, grocery shop, beauty salon), the Bourse du Travail (labour exchange) for shows and the Lyon Auditorium. - The Presqu'île (Belle Cour, Cordeliers) is a 20-minute walk or tram ride away. Très bien situé. Grand, propre, bien agencé. Cuisine bien fournie. Tout est présent dans l’appartement. S’il faut trouver des points d’amélioration, on peut citer un manque de chaises ou de patères pour y déposer des vêtements dans les chambres. Literie trop souple à notre goût. Manque de lumière sur le plan de travail de la cuisine. Mais l’appartement est vraiment très très bien.

The apartment was spacious and clean. It was conveniently located within walking distance to the Metro and Part-Dieu train station, as well as restaurants and grocery stores. We had a little difficulty with the washing machine (English instructions would have been helpful), but we were grateful to be able to wash our clothes. We would recommend to friends.
