The bungalow offers 75 m² for up to 6 people: two bedrooms with double beds and down bedding, a living room with a sofa bed and streaming TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and fast Wi-Fi are available throughout the house. The highlight: a large, fully fenced garden with a terrace and outdoor area. - Take the A8 motorway towards Salzburg.
- Exit the A8 at junction 112 (Bernau am Chiemsee) and follow the B305 towards Grassau/Reit im Winkl.
- Follow the B305 through Bernau am Chiemsee and Grassau.
- In Marquarstein, turn right onto Tiroler Straße/B307.
- After about 1 km, turn left onto Freiweidacherstraße.
- Freiweidacherstraße 8a is on the right side at the end of the cul-de-sac.
From Salzburg:
- Take the A1 motorway and follow the A8 towards Munich.
- Exit the A8 at junction 112 (Bernau am Chiemsee) and follow the B305 towards Grassau/Reit im Winkl.
- Follow the B305 through Bernau am Chiemsee and Grassau.
- In Marquarstein, turn right onto Tiroler Straße/B307.

Schönes Design, gute Raumaufteilung.
Das Bad ist sehr klein.
Es hat viel geregnet, dadurch war sehr viel Feuchtigkeit in der Wohnung. Eventuell wäre ein Luftentfeuchtungsgerät gut? Als wir kamen roch es im Wohnzimmer sehr nach „nassem Hund“, das war eher unangenehm.
