The Sinz guesthouse has been the "home away from home" in the center of Oberstdorf for over 100 years and four generations.

Located in a quiet part near the center of Oberstdorf, Sinz Guesthouse is within short walking distance to the train station, the market place, and shops.
Hiking trails and groomed cross country trails are also very near by. The well-being oasis with sauna and aroma steam bath is included. During the summer of 2014, a ticket for the the mountain gondola in Oberstdorf and Kleinwalsertal is included! Ski lift tickets for Oberstdorf and Kleinwalsertal are available at a reduced price. Sehr ansprechende und komfortable Wohnung-alles Top ausgestattet - sogar die Heizung hat funktioniert- im Juni ist das nicht überall anzutreffen .
Freundlicher Vermieter- gute Lage- alles Super, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit drei Paaren in drei Wohnungen. Die Einrichtung in allen Wohnungen ist wirklich sehr ansprechend, einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Alles da war das Herz begehrt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung, guter Frühstücksservice, besonders gut war, dass auch die Benutzung der Seilbahnen im Oberstdorfer Bereich bedingt durch den Vermieter kostenlos war.
