Situated on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 40 m² living area with a TV - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with 1 double sofa bed and 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with a shower - A separate toilet The flat is ideally situated in Nancy, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, we recommend parking at the Cours Léopold car park (paid parking, less than a 2-minute walk away). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Nancy railway station, approximately 6 minutes’ drive away (1.3 km) - Nearest airport: Strasbourg Airport, approximately 2 hours’ drive away (149 km) Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation Other notes: - This flat is equipped with Wi-Fi - One pet is permitted.
A supplement of €15 will be charged; please specify this when booking - Cleaning is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel-quality linen provided, with the beds made up on your arrival. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff.
