Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent in the town of Le Palais, a 15-minute walk from the beach.
It has a floor area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests.
It comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a shower room.
You can enjoy a garden of around 50 m²! Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included; bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request. The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 25 m² living room with a charming stone wall, sofa, TV and dining area - An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A shower room with a walk-in shower and a tilt-and-turn window - A separate toilet with a tilt-and-turn window Upstairs: - A study area with a printer, pencils, board games, playing cards, etc. - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×200) and a single bed (90×190) with a travel cot, wardrobe, TV, chest of drawers, bedside table and radio alarm clock. - Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190) with a bedside table, radio alarm clock, wardrobe and shelves For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a washing machine, a cot, a plancha, and an ironing board. Outdoors: - A beautiful, enclosed and private 50 m² south-facing garden, with two flower beds and rose bushes - A 10 m² wooden terrace with a table and chairs, two sun loungers and a plancha to make the most of sunny days The house is ideally situated in Le Palais, in a peaceful and very pleasant setting.
There is a supermarket just a 15-minute walk away.
Le Palais is a 30-minute walk away, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Visits to monuments on Belle-Île - Swimming - Walks along the coastal paths - Comedy Festival in July and opera festival concerts Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Quiberon station, 59 mins away in summer, and Auray station, 1 hr 42 mins away in winter - Nearest airport: Quimper Bretagne Airport, approximately 2 hr 42 mins away - Le Palais harbour is a 7-minute drive away - Le Palais coach station is a 5-minute drive away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). Problème d'accueil à l'arrivée : personne contrairement à ce qui était prévu. Petit jeu avec les enfants : le premier qui trouve la boîte à clé dans le jardin a gagné !
