This detached house is on one level.
It is composed as follows: - an interior living room with a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed - a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed - a kitchen with a high table and bar chairs - a veranda, with dining table and lounge area, all overlooking the garden Please note: for rentals from November to March, the veranda does not have heating. - a bathroom with shower and toilet Access to the bathroom is via the veranda. For your comfort, everything is included in the rental price: towels, sheets, cleaning package and bed made on arrival. Outside: - a courtyard at the front of the house, enclosed by a gate - a small pedestrian path to go around the house - a walled garden with trees and flowers, at the back of the house - a garden furniture with parasol and barbecue - sun loungers Parking on the street nearby. This accommodation is reserved for leisure customers. You will definitely have a great holiday in this cosy and comforting little house! Its vintage and contemporary decoration gives it a lot of charm.
The centrepiece of this accommodation is undoubtedly its veranda overlooking the garden and where you can have your meals or relax in the nicely furnished little lounge.
When the weather is nice, go outside and enjoy the terrace or the deckchairs for a relaxing stay in the sun. Maison bien située, agréable, quartier calme. Séjour bien préparé par Stéphanie et Benoit nos hôtes ( mail avant notre arrivée , et notre départ ). Stéphanie était trés réactive en cas de besoin . Petites intentions à notre arrivée.Remarque: à 4 un WC non indépandant de la salle de bain peut être parfois problématiqueCorinne

Petit cottage très bien situé à quelques mn de Saint Malo Intra Muros en voiture, dans une impasse au calme. Le gîte est très bien équipé et chaleureux. La véranda est un gros atout de cette maison. Propriétaires très agréables, disponibles et de bons conseils.
