A spacious living/dining room with TV and fiber optic internet access opens onto the terrace and garden.
There is also a separate, fully fitted and equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with closets, two bathrooms, and a garage.
Its main advantage is its location just a 5-minute walk from the beaches and the town center with its local shops (bakeries, supermarket, restaurants (Chinese, kebab, Belgian, Italian, Turkish, Japanese, etc.), rotisserie, cafes, pharmacy, etc.). The train station is approximately a 15-minute walk (850 meters), and the bus stop is a 3-minute walk away.
Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are included. Seasonal rental exclusively for travelers and families for tourist stays. The accommodation may not be rented to companies under any circumstances, nor used for housing employees, staff on assignment, or for any purpose similar to company housing.
