Appartamento Marianna is a vacation home for vacation rental in Vieste, Puglia.
The vacation home has a nice furnished veranda and accommodates up to 4 people. There is air conditioning, washing machine, internet, hair dryer, TV and mosquito nets, dishwasher, electric oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave.
The vacation house is located in a complex of houses situated in a panoramic position overlooking the sea and Pizzomunno beach, from which they are about 1.4 km away. In the shared garden between the apartments there are barbecue wood-burning oven, Jacuzzi with sundeck canopies and parking spaces. Marianna apartment, vacation home in Vieste for up to 4 people The two-room apartment is located in a small villa with a large, fully fenced outdoor area, in which there are barbecue and wood-burning oven, covered parking space, automatic gate. The apartment is cozy and finished.
The entrance is a nice furnished veranda to spend pleasant moments of relaxation outdoors. The interior of the house consists of living room with modern kitchen, behind which is a sleeping area with bunk beds, 1 double bedroom, 2 shower rooms, one of which is en suite in the master bedroom.
The surroundings of the vacation home in Vieste The apartment is located in Vieste in a residential area, in a panoramic position overlooking the sea and the town of Vieste.
The town center is just 1 km away, while Castello Beach, famous for the Pizzomunno monolith, is about 1.4 km away. Vieste is among the most popular vacation destinations in Puglia' s Gargano area, renowned for its natural beauty and seaside resorts with long, equipped beaches and beautiful stretches of rocky coastline overlooking the sea. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.
Mandatory change at euro 10 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes). - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioning not in all rooms. - Shared hot tub available from May to September with non-heatable water (only ambient temperature).

Très bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire - Appartement soigné avec une belle vue sur la mer. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir se garer dans l'enceinte de la propriété.Il manque cependant un peu de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine mais cela ne nous a pas empêcher de passer un merveilleux séjour hélas trop court

We had a very comfortable stay in this spacious apartment as a family of five. The residence is clean and modern with air conditioning in all rooms. The best part, because it is at the top of a hill, is the view from the apartment terrace. So amazing! It is a short (5 min drive) to downtown grocery, restaurants, and beaches. Wish we had stayed a couple more nights!
