For a holiday rental with friends or family, this large, contemporary house is located in the heart of the village in a gated, wooded area with a swimming pool.
Ground floor: kitchen, living room with fireplace insert, 1 bedroom (1 queen bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet.
First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed each), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room (shower/toilet). Oil-fired central heating.

Landscaped garden (1000m²), private swimming pool open from June 1st to the end of September, terrace.
Ideal for family or group activities, the Saint Clément leisure park, located 4km from the house, will charm you with its treetop adventure course, quad biking, canoeing, and paddleboarding.
Lake Moines, located 1 km away, offers various fishing opportunities.
The family-friendly ski resort of La Loge des Gardes, less than 20 km away, also offers a variety of activities in both summer and winter. The cottage's best feature: Heating is included in the rental price.
From June to September, a gardener comes every Friday to mow the lawn and maintain the pool. Grande maison spacieuse, idéale pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. La maison est très bien équipée. Tout était en ordre et propre ! Je recommande sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé Noël en famille dans cette maison.
La cuisine est super bien équipée pour cuisiner, le literie est bonne.
La maison est très bien chauffée et Brigitte qui s’occupe de l’accueil nous avait fait le sapin !! La table est assez grande pour réveillonner à 10 et la maison est vaste.
