Location: Farm in a quiet location on the edge of the village/forest with a wonderful view over Prien, mountain view, 2 km to Lake Chiemsee, 8 minutes walk to the town center, near the Kronprinz spa clinic (Medical Park). Facilities: Apartments with 1-2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, shower or/and bath, toilet, hairdryer, clock radio, balcony, cable TV. Separate guest entrance. Special features: Parking at the house, charging possibility (charging columns) for e-bike and e-car, WLAN, bed linen is provided, near Eichental and Trimm-Dich-Pfad, pets not welcome. Arrival from 2 pm and departure until 10 am possible.

The above prices are plus spa tax in the amount of: Persons 16 years and older = 2 €. Severely disabled persons with GdB 80 to GdB 99% from 16 years = 1 €. Children and adolescents 7 up to and including 15 years = 1 €. Severely disabled children and young people with 80 to GdB 99% 7 to incl. 15 years = 0,50 €. Children up to and including 6 years of age | severely disabled persons with GdB 100% and their accompanying persons | business travelers = 0 €.
