## Space
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator, and mainly overlooks the private park of the co-ownership.
A parking space is at your disposal in the private parking of the building. The apartment is 120m². Two bedrooms with double beds are at your disposal, as well as a third bedroom with 2 single bunk beds and 1 single trundle bed underneath.
This room is more of a children's theme, but nothing prevents you from sleeping there no matter your age :) The sleeping area also has 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, 2 toilets and a laundry area (washing machine and dryer). You will also find books, games and toys for the whole family.
All 3 bedrooms are served by a large balcony. The living area consists of a kitchen/dining room/living room, with 2 additional balconies. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a raclette machine for your winter evenings. The little ones are welcome, a travel cot is at your disposal as well as a high chair. Sheets and towels are provided, and the beds are prepared for your arrival. ## Access Guests have access to the entire apartment. ## Interaction We remain at your disposal by email, text message or phone calls during your stay. ## Neighborhood The neighborhood is quiet, the building has its own park where you can picnic, walk your dog, play pétanque... Small shops are within walking distance, and above all, the lake is at the end of the street! ## Transit ## Notes The apartment has just been renovated and furnished with quality furniture. Motorhomes are not allowed in the car park but on spaces further down the street, thank you

Appartement très propre et fonctionnel, au calme, 1 salle de bains + 1 salle d'eau, joliment décoré, petit balcon, place de stationnement gratuit dans la rue en bas de l'immeuble...rien à redire... emplacement super !
