Between Angers and Le Mans, enjoy a peaceful stay in this charming cottage in the countryside where you can relax in the landscaped garden with two terraces, to enjoy the sun whatever the time of day! Enclosed garden, ideal for children, with slide/swing and view of the horses.
The Sarthe will delight fishermen (pike, pikeperch, perch and roach) but is also the ideal place to practice water activities (canoeing, paddle, pedal boat, ...) on the Morannes leisure center 3.5km from the cottage.
A river cruise on "La Gogane" will allow you to discover the cultural and natural heritage of the Basses Vallées Angevines.
For your visits: Angers, city of art and history at 40min, many castles (Angers, Le Plessis-Bourré, Durtal, Montgeoffroy, …), Sablé-sur-Sarthe and its famous biscuit factories at 20min, the Benedictine Abbey Saint-Pierre de Solesmes at 20 min, the zoos of La Flèche, Doué La Fontaine, Le Refuge de l’Arche, the Terra Botanica theme park.
You will also be 1 hour from Saumur and its troglodytes as well as the 24h of Le Mans circuit.
The cottage is composed on the ground floor: - living room/lounge with television, wood stove for warm evenings by the fire and sofa bed - equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, ...) and utility room with washing machine and dryer - separate toilet - bedroom with a 140x190cm bed Upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom with terracotta floor with a 140x190cm bed and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet (curtain between the bathroom and the mezzanine).
All you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy your stay: the beds are made on your arrival, towels are provided and end-of-stay cleaning is included.
Numerous services in the town of Morannes 3km away: bakery, butcher/delicatessen, grocery store 7 days a week, market on Thursdays, restaurant, SNCF train station - Possibility of parking 2 vehicles in the enclosed courtyard and enclosed bicycle storage room available - Wifi internet connection - Baby equipment: travel cot and booster seat Property managed by a professional.
