A 6-bed apartment for rent for vacations in Torre Lapillo, just a few hundred meters from the beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea that characterize the hamlet of Porto Cesareo. The house is equipped with washing machine, hair dryer, TV and mosquito nets.
Pets are allowed. Apartment sleeps 6 in Torre Lapillo Simple and cozy, the apartment is on the basement floor of a small vacation home complex called Appartamenti Sabbiabianca. The house can be reached by gate and slide down.
Being subjected, the house is naturally cool, which is why there is no air conditioning. The apartment`s interior consists of a large living room with dining room, kitchen, sofas including 1 single sofa bed and TV, 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom with single beds and 1 full shower room.
The surroundings of the vacation home in Torre Lapillo The Sabbiabianca Apartments are located in Torre Lapillo, a hamlet of Porto Cesareo famous for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea accessible to all. The property, located in a quiet area, is just 500 meters from the center where there are all the main services.
The nearest beach is only 700 meters away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 10 per person per week. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - The apartment is located on the basement floor.
