Charming farmhouse with shared garden, pool and tennis court, located in San Gimignano countryside, between Siena and Florence.
It can sleep up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. External Description Casale Lilio is part of a property immersed in the countryside of San Gimignano, surrounded by woods and made up of 4 splendid farmhouses, completely restored and independent.
All the farmhouses share a pool, a park with lawn and some outdoor spaces including a tennis court and a bowling green (which can be used free of charge by guests). The pool (6 x 14 m) is open from May to the end of October, and is equipped with: sunbeds, parasols and external shower (solar heated). Moreovere there is a private parking, a children's swing, and a shared laundromat. Casale Lilio also has a private courtyard with dining table, chairs and barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals. Internal Description Casale Lilio is spread over 2 floors, boasts several entrances, and can accommodate up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Pets are not allowed. 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available on request. This farmhouse represents the original estate and is furnished with a clever mix of ancient and modern Tuscan furniture, terracotta floors and wooden ceilings. Ground floor: The main entrance leads to a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, and coffee machine.
Next to the kitchen is a veranda used as a pantry with direct access to the private courtyard. Following you will find an open space living area, consisting of a spacious dining room with table for 10 people, and a sitting room with some sofas and fireplace. A bathroom with shower completes the floor. First floor: On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, all equipped with ensuite bathroom with shower, divided as follows: two doubles (including one with fireplace and small balcony); a twin (with two single beds that can be joined together if necessary).
