Spacious farmhouse with shared garden, pool and tennis court, located in San Gimignano countryside, between Siena and Florence.
It can sleep up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. External Description Casale Acacia is part of a property immersed in the countryside of San Gimignano, surrounded by woods and made up of 4 splendid farmhouses, completely restored and independent.
All the farmhouses share a pool, a park with lawn and some outdoor spaces including a tennis court and a bowling green (which can be used free of charge by guests). The pool (6 x 14 m) is open from May to the end of October, and is equipped with: sunbeds, parasols and external shower (solar heated). Moreovere there is a private parking, a children's swing, and a shared laundromat. Casale Acacia is also equipped with a private outdoor dining area with barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals. Internal Description Casale Acacia is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Internet Wifi is included.
Pets are not allowed. 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available on request. Originally a watchtower for Castelvecchio (an ancient abandoned village) and later transformed into a furnace, this farmhouse is located near the tennis court, and boasts two separate entrances: a main entrance from the ground floor, and a secondary entrance from a bedroom bed on the first floor. Ground floor: The main entrance leads to the open space living area consisting of: a dining table for 6 people, an equipped kitchen (with microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, and coffee machine), and a sitting room with sofa, armchairs, and fireplace. The floor is completed by an anteroom and a bathroom with shower. First floor: The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, made up of 3 large double bedrooms, furnished with antique Tuscan furniture.
Each bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom with shower.
One of the bedrooms also has a fireplace and direct access to the outside onto a small covered loggia.
