We offer this charming 60 m² house for rent in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers.
It comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 20 m² terrace.
Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - 15 m² living room with sofa bed and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: pull-out bed (sleeps two) - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from the proximity of all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Activities: - Water sports (surfing, sand yachting...) offered by the commune. - Aquatic center 10 minutes away by car. - Cultural visits with two ancient churches, a cultural space with local painters. - Accrobranche in the commune - Numerous walks and cycle paths at the foot of the accommodation. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park free of charge in the public parking spaces close to the accommodation. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Saint Gilles Croix de Vie 1km (15min walk) - Nearest airport: Nantes 83km (1h15 by car) Other remarks: - An extra bedroom is available in an outbuilding. - Bed linen and towels included. - Free WiFi available (fiber optic). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.

🙂 La proximité du logement des commerces, du centre de St Gilles, la disponibilité du propriétaire horaire souple, superbe maison bien aménagé, bonne literie , un coin repas extérieur très appréciable"

Cuisine petite pour manger à 6, 4 chaises dans la cuisine petite table en cas de mauvais temps. Lumière trop sombre dans le salon.
Petite chambre après la terrasse sympa pour des ados.
Cabinet en haut très util .
Propriétaire très réactif.
Lits fait à notre arrivée.
