For those arriving by car, take advantage of the allocated parking space provided. The space As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a chic and inviting living space, thoughtfully decorated with contemporary furnishings and tasteful amenities.
Sink into the plush sofa and unwind after a day of exploring the charming streets of St. Albans, or catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek countertops and high-end appliances, allowing you to whip up delicious meals with ease.
Whether you're brewing a morning cup of coffee or preparing a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need right at your fingertips. Both bedrooms are elegantly appointed, featuring luxurious bedding and ample storage space for your belongings.
With a large comfortable Superking sized bed in one room and King bed in the other, our flat comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The modern bathroom is the perfect place to refresh and rejuvenate, with a bath and shower along with complimentary toiletries provided for your convenience.
The master bedroom is also benefits from its own ensuite bathroom providing a second shower. Guest access The property is a ground floor flat, no stairs are required to gain access. Guests will have full unrestricted access during their stay. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Spacious property walkable to St Alban’s center and to train station to London. Comfortable and well equipped but dark and dingy and many things not working.
