The house is located in a quiet area, in the bay of Llafranc, just 30 meters from its beautiful beach.
This wonderful Nice-style property consists of three levels: On the ground floor, at the entrance, we find a cozy and bright living room that leads to the dining room with an open-plan kitchen with dishwasher and oven.
The kitchen has direct access to a quiet and cool patio with its outdoor furniture, BBQ and also a bathroom with shower and a small laundry room.
The first floor has a large double bedroom with a beautiful private terrace, and a twin bedroom with a small balcony overlooking the sea. Here we also find a family bathroom with a bathtub.
On the top floor there is another double bedroom with two single beds and another double bedroom with its own bathroom with shower and access to the balcony.
Capacity: 8 people 100€ SUPPLEMENT FOR CLEANING FOR STAYS LESS THAN 1 WEEK.
MINIMUM STAY IS OF 3 NIGHTS.
