Living room with sofa bed for 1 person (115x180cm), TV and direct access to the terrace. Cook with all utensils included: cutlery, frying pans, gas hobs, fridge, washing machine and microwave. The main bedroom has 1 double bed (135x190cm) and the second bedroom has 2 single beds (80x180cm). A bathroom with a bathtub. Communal external parking for one car included in the price. Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement. Ideal apartment for families, no bookings accepted for young people under 35 years old. Check-in and check-out The check-in and check-out will be carried out in our Llafranc office located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc Tourist tax Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government. Mandatory services to be paid on-site: . Security Deposit (refundable) : 150 € per booking Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Baby high chair : 5 € per day . Internet Access : 8 € per day . Bed linen : 8 € per person . Towels : 8 € per person . Cot/Crib : 5 € per day Property managed by a professional.

(+) : La vue est magnifique. L',emplacement est pratique ainsi que le parking. L',appartement est lumineux et agréable mais les fournitures sont vieilles.
