The terrace of the apartment is a nice place to follow boat traffic and life of the marina. 26 km to the slopes of Myllymäki. Right next to the house, there is Lammassaari walking routes with lean-to shelters and other services.
In summer there is a restaurant next door and the Imatra Spa is only 1 km away. 6 km to the north from Imatra, lake Saimaa 0 m, the water depth is about 5 m. The public sand beach is within 600 meters. Apartment in semi-detached house, built in 2012. WC, washroom and sauna are renovated in 2021. On the lower floor, there is a living room/kitchen with sofa bed, washroom and sauna. On the upper floor, there is a sleeping alcove with double bed and private bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine.
