A private parking space is included, just 5 minutes’ walk (350 m) from the apartment.
Located in the city centre, you won’t need a car during your stay.
The flat features two double bedrooms, one overlooking the inner courtyard and the other with a balcony facing the street, plus a large living room with a double sofa bed. The apartment features a modern full bathroom with a shower, bidet, washbasin, and WC, as well as an additional small toilet room with a WC and washbasin, but without a shower.
Towels and bed linen are provided, and the property is professionally cleaned after each stay.
The kitchen has everything you need: utensils, pots, microwave, electric stoves and oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. A spacious dining table in the living area is perfect for meals or working from home.
Air conditioning is available in bedrooms and living room.
A cot is available on request. *Check-in: 15:00-00:00 *For check-in from 22:00 until 00:00 there is an extra fee of 20eur *Check-in after midnight are only on request, extra fee of 50eur *Check-out: 11:00 Please dispose of rubbish before leaving and follow recycling rules.

Acho que é uma das melhores acomodações com estacionamento na proximidade ao centro da cidade. Tudo muito bom, estacionamento perto, fácil locomoção a pé para principais pontos da cidade. Tem ótimas opções de café e restaurantes próximos, tudo muito bom!! Na próxima viagem, essa vai ser novamente nossa primeira opção de hospedagem.

Casa ben organizzata e ben divisa, con una cucina molto attrezzata. Posizione ottima e centrale, con diversi locali e servizi nelle vicinanze. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il parcheggio privato non distante dall’alloggio, che è stato davvero comodo vista la difficoltà di trovare parcheggio a Granada. Consigliato!!!!

La ubicación es fantástica y el tener plaza de garaje es un plus. El apartamento era muy completo y cómodo para 4 personas. No hicimos uso de la cocina, pero tenía de todo lo necesario para cocinar. Agradecimos poder dejar la plaza de garaje más tarde del check out.
