Rental villa in Denia, located in Las Marinas area, just 3 km to the city center, and 800m to the sandy beach.
The area is very quiet and has all facilities near the house, restaurants, supermarkets.
It has a large plot, garden with lawn and private pool.
Barbecue by the pool. The interior consists of 4 double bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms.
Covered terrace. Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, between Valencia and Alicante.
It is the ideal place to discover this part of Spain, the coast as well as the beautiful inland valleys and mountains landscapes and villages.
From Denia you also can sail to Ibiza or enjoy Benidorm´s theme parks.
Denia offers 20 km of coast with quiets waters that invite you for a swim or for a dive.
Beaches with sand, rocks, coves, many of them with Blue Flags of the clean Seas of Europe.
Denia is one of the best place in Spain to practice windsurf, diving, sailing, and it offers facilities to practice many nautical sports as well as others like golf, tennis and so on. Denia offers many possibilities like shopping, going to “La lonja” the typical fishers market place, visiting the castle, walking in the prestigious area of the Montgo Natural Park with fantastic views to the coast.

Nos ha encantado la casa. Muy amplia y muy bien ubicada por la tranquilidad de la zona. La atencion de Fina y su compañera ha sido excelente. La piscina es maravillosa, grande y al estar todo en plano puedes controlar a los nenes desde todas partes. La amplitud del terreno y la casa y sobre todo el silencio

La casa es vieja pero tiene su encanto,las camas son cómodas,está situada a unos 700 m de la playa,recomendable 100 por 100.
