Ideal apartment for spending an excellent holiday as it is located in a privileged area of Calella. Direct access to the beach crossing through the level crossing. It is distributed as follows: - spacious dining room with sea views - 3 bedrooms: bedroom 1: double bed bedroom 2: double bed bedroom 3: 3 single beds - Fully equipped American kitchen - 1 bathroom with bathtub - 1 bathroom with shower - Equipped balcony. The accommodation does not have a parking space. Free parking at the beach Paid public parking 500 metres away. (Sant Jaume Street 338) - No refund or financial compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking.
Any incident must be reported immediately to allow it to be managed as quickly as possible. People in the property: · The apartment is rented in full for the exclusive use of guests. · The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children. · The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time in the property. Check-in: · The minimum age to book and check-in is 18 years old. · It is mandatory that all guests present a legal official identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted. Key collection takes place at our office from 16:00 to 19:00 Carrer de les Antilles [hidden] Lloret de Mar. - Key delivery option at the accommodation.
Must be requested 48 hours in advance before the check-in day. Late arrival and departure outside opening hours: · Option for late arrival from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment on arrival) · Option for late arrival from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment on arrival) · Out-of-hours check-in option with security box at the office at no cost. · Failure to present on the check-in day will result in no refund of the reservation. · Mandatory tourist tax payment: Price €1.75 night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights. . Otherwise, an additional cleaning charge of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit. - Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) accepts no responsibility for theft or burglary of property or any loss during your stay. (+) : Het verblijf is fantastisch, en luxe! De bedden zijn heerlijk, en de ligging tov de restaurants, barretjes, Barcelona, Lloret de Mar, Girona is erg goed. Enige punt is de spoorwegovergang die exact tegenover het appartement ligt. Opzich is dit niet erg, en valt zelfs het geluid met de schuifpu...
