APARTMENT IN THE CENTRE OF CALELLA, 5 MINUTES' WALK FROM THE BEACH AND NEXT TO THE MAIN SHOPPING STREET.
FREE Wi-Fi. · Equipped apartment, located in the centre of Calella, Costa de Barcelona. · Only 5 minutes' walk from the beach and just 1 minute from the main shopping street, Església Street. · Perfect apartment for couples. · Balcony and garden furniture. · TV in the living room and in the bedroom.
Free Wi-Fi Internet. · Equipped kitchen with appliances (small fridge, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster...) · A bathroom with a bathtub and shower. · Shops, supermarkets, restaurants... around the apartment and in the centre of Calella, all within walking distance. Calella is a family and sports tourist destination: beaches, seafront promenade, shops and restaurants, boat excursions, sports... You will also be able to visit the beautiful beaches and towns of the Barcelona Coast, towns of the Costa Brava and the cities of Barcelona and Girona. · Calella train station 7 minutes' walk with train to Barcelona city centre (Plaça Catalunya). · Well communicated, next to the N-II road and just a few minutes from access to the C-32 motorway (Barcelona) · Barcelona-El Prat Airport 70 km away and Girona-Costa Brava Airport 40 km away. The accommodation does not have a parking space. People in the property: · The apartment is rented in full for the exclusive use of guests. · The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children. · The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time in the property. CHECK-IN: · The minimum age to book and check-in is 18 years old. · It is mandatory that all guests present a legal official identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted. Key collection takes place at our office from 16:00 to 19:00 Carrer de les Antilles [hidden] Lloret de Mar. . Option to deliver keys at the accommodation for an additional cost of 20 euros to be paid at the time of key delivery.
This service must be requested in advance. *Please note that there may be a delay in the delivery of keys at the accommodation due to reasons beyond Vivalidays' control. Out of hours arrival: · Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price £50 per booking (payment on arrival) · Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price £100 per booking (payment on arrival) · Out of hours check-in option with security box at the office at no cost. - No refund or financial compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking.
Any incident must be reported immediately to allow it to be managed as quickly as possible. · Failure to present on the check-in day will result in no refund of the reservation. · Mandatory tourist tax payment: Price €1.75 night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights. . Security deposit of 200 euros.
It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection. In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer. Cleaning: . The accommodation must be left properly tidy, dishes clean and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit. In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must vacate the accommodation immediately. · Pets are allowed.
The cost is €6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 nights the maximum cost per pet will be €42/booking. IMPORTANT: In properties where pets are accepted, their owners must ensure they collect faeces and clean up urine.
Otherwise, an extra cleaning charge of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit. · Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation. It is forbidden to light candles or any other type of objects that could cause a fire in the home.
