Located on the first floor without a lift and with a maximum capacity for 4 people.
Ideal for enjoying a peaceful family holiday on the Costa Brava!
It consists of a furnished terrace of 30 m2 where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun.
Dining room with TV and air conditioning and direct access to the terrace by going down some stairs.
Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed (150x190cm), a room with bunk beds (80x185cm) and 1 bathroom with a shower. Garage for a car included in the price. Optional air conditioning (50 euros/week). Pets not allowed. Ideal apartment for families, no bookings accepted for young people under 35 years old. Check-in and check-out The check-in and check-out will be carried out in our Llafranc office located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc Tourist tax Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government. Mandatory services to be paid on-site: . Security Deposit (refundable) : 150 € per booking Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Cot/Crib : 5 € per day . Towels : 8 € per person . Internet Access : 8 € per day . Bed linen : 8 € per person . Air conditioning : 8 € per day . Baby high chair : 5 € per day Property managed by a professional.

(+) : Le logement est superbe, la terrasse est vraiment grande et les chambres spacieuses. La climatisation était obligatoire vu la chaleur et le logement en disposait! Nous reviendrons.
