Ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava! It has a terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the impressive sea views.
First floor without a lift with a maximum capacity for 5 people.
It consists of 2 bedrooms with a double bed (150x190cm), and a bedroom with a single bed (90x190cm), 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) open to the living-dining room (TV, WIFI, balcony with views of the port). Laundry room (washing machine) with access to a large terrace located at the top of the building (outdoor furniture and barbecue). Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement.
Apartment only for families, reservations for young people under 35 years of age not accepted. Mandatory services to be paid on-site: . Security Deposit (refundable) : 150 € per booking Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Baby high chair : 5 € per day . Cot/Crib : 5 € per day . Quelques négligences au niveau du ménage et de la propreté sont à observer ! Un système de climatisation ou de ventilation serait souhaitable pour améliorer la qualité de vie, car même si l’appartement se situe en bord de mer, l’appartement gagnerait à être plus ventilé !

Tout est parfait. Seule réserve, l'appartement est grand mais les chambres sont très petites. Sinon parfait. Un problème d'eau chaude a été très rapidement réglé.
