Comfortable attic located on the third and last floor of a building without a lift.
It comfortably accommodates two people in 40 m2 of space with a double bedroom.
Small building with a green space and ample free parking in front of the house, near the center of Parma.
Residential area, close to the station and the historic center.
Bus stop no. 8 a few minutes walk away.
The internal space is divided as follows:

Two-seater sofa, dining table for two people and complete kitchen with two induction burners, small refrigerator, moka, microwave oven and various kitchen utensils.
AC split. BEDROOM.
Double bed, 32" TV, desk with chair and wardrobe.
Split AC. BATH.
Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink, washing machine and hairdryer. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE.
Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline. Autonomous heating. TRAIN STATION: take bus no. 13 to the Via Betti stop, in front of the house.
Travel time: 15 minutes. BOLOGNA MARCONI AIRPORT: take the shuttle to the Bologna Centrale stop, then continue by train to Parma station and take bus no. 13 to the Via Betti stop, in front of the house.
Travel time: approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes. IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR: we are outside the ZTL (limited traffic area). Large free parking in front of the house, near the center of Parma. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Parma Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode. The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival. If late check in, after 21.00., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule: - From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00 - From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00 - From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00 In order to arrange your check in in the best possible way, please inform our Key Holder of your arrival time in advance.
