The apartment is located in "Lido di Spina", the southernmost of the seven "Lidi Ferraresi", and can boast one of the longest beaches on the Riviera, with fine beige sand. The Lido owes its name to the flourishing ancient pine forest in which it is immersed, right in front of the accommodation, which guarantees silence and tranquility. In the immediate vicinity of the property, it is possible to find all the main services, including bars, restaurants, a supermarket and a pharmacy.

For those who love nature, it is worth mentioning that the property is not far from the Delta del Po Regional Park, where you can carry out explorations both on foot and by bicycle, to discover the faunal beauties of the area.

For art and culture lovers, it is possible to visit the historic centreof Comacchio, which is considered the "little Venice" for its choreographic intertwining of canals, and the ancient Pomposa Abbey (in Codigoro), founded between the 6th and 7th centuries and known for its architectural beauty.


- From Ferrara station, take the train to Ravenna station. From the station it is necessary to move to the Ravenna bus station (9 minutes on foot) from which it is possible to take bus n. 333 to the "Lido Spina Agenzia Brunetti" stop, a 3-minute walk from the property.
