The entire property is spread over three floors.
On the main floor, there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, and a living-dining room with access to a lovely covered porch and a private garden with a barbecue.
On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms: one with two single beds, another with a double bed, and the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub.
The top floor has two single beds and access to a terrace with panoramic views.
There is a communal swimming pool and free street parking.
Bed linen and towels are NOT included in the price.
Tourist tax is payable on arrival. Optional services payable on site and booked before arrival: - Bed linen and towels: €15 per person. Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
