Villa Elena Sol is located in the heart of the much-loved Canarian Resort of Matagorda.
The spacious 2 bedroom villa features beautiful exterior stone walls and enjoys an open plan interior that grants easy access through the house to the refreshing pool.
Take a 10 minute stroll to the scenic Matagorda Beach and explore local shops and lovely restaurants within 15 minutes’ walk from the villa.
WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms is included. Villa Elena Sol is ideally situated in the popular area of Matagorda with only 15 minutes’ walk to shops, local tapas bars and scenic Matagorda beaches along the beautiful promenade.
The villa is conveniently close to a shopping centre with a supermarket and a selection of restaurants offering international cuisine.
There is plenty on offer in the resort centre, where you can enjoy evenings full of lively entertainment.
Only 5 minutes’ drive away, the villa is close to a choice of excellent beaches, including Playa Grande and Pocillos, as well as Puerto Del Carmen. Main pool: 6.4 x 2.4 mtr, 1.4 - 1.7 mtr depth. Pool heating is not available during July and August. Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Pre arrival instructions were very good, full information about every appliance and the safe etc.When we entered the property the same instructions were printed out and showed the safe number and how to set the alarm, so both pointless in using them. Also the alarm was plugged into a normal socket.K...
