SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable.
The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival.
For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation. We spent a lovely Christmas here, lots of space - ideally located. Gorgeous views and easy walk into main part of town.

la boheme , was a 2 week 60th bday celebration with family and friends
it is gorgeous , spacious, perfect location and extremely accommodating . I pray I can go back sooner then later
each week I hosted 10 guests . we had plenty of room!
