Little Haven is a spacious, garage conversion situated next to the owner’s home in a residential area of Kirby Cross, Essex.
Fully equipped and wheelchair-friendly, whilst being situated close to the coast, Little Haven is a superb base for a couple or small family looking to holiday in this part of Essex.
Step inside and you'll be welcomed into an open-plan living area, where you can ease into the evening and make yourself feel at home.
The kitchen has all the essentials for cooking up your favourite dishes, such as an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and there's even a washing machine and tumble dryer for freshening up your wardrobe! The dining table is the perfect place for sharing a meal together, while the sitting area, complete with a Smart TV, is the ideal space for a movie night.
As the evening draws in, open the patio doors from the kitchen or bedroom to the rear decked garden, where you can relax at the table and chairs and think about the next adventure.
When it’s time to rest, the king size bedroom includes a sofa bed for extra guests.
Finally, the Jack-and-Jill wet room completes the accommodation, with access from both the bedroom and the living space, for extra convenience.

There is a kingsize bedroom with sofa bed with Jack-and-Jill access to a wet room. Free standing, fold up bath with foot spa which when the optional covers are added provides a warm ’sauna’ effect. To the outside is a decked garden with furniture, Ninja Woodfire, electric BBQ grill and smoker. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Use of EV charger by direct arrangement with the host. Charges apply. Within 3.1 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach and please note, this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. Fuel, bed linen and towels are included. Travel cot/play centre, highchair, baby bath & potty/toddler toilet seat. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Wheelchair-friendly.
