On the ground floor, via the 24m² sheltered terrace, you enter the fitted and integrated kitchen with its dining area, there is also a laundry area and a separate toilet.
Upstairs (access by a short staircase), the relaxation lounge with TV opens onto the 24m² Forézien balcony.
This level also serves the two bedrooms (one 140 bed / 3 90 beds) and the bathroom (walk-in shower - double sink & WC). Completely renovated as a gentle holiday home, this old rammed earth farmhouse will seduce you with its comfort and its warm and cozy atmosphere.
Relaxing is possible here thanks to its outdoor spaces open to the surrounding nature: a beautiful sheltered terrace with a SPA (4/6 places), a spacious Forezien balcony with its relaxation lounge, a pretty flowery courtyard (being finished), ... To make your stay even more pleasant: charges and heating are included, and the beds are made on your arrival. Le logement était neuf et très propre. Tous les équipements dont nous avions besoins étaient présents au sein de la cuisine et il y avait du savon dans les toilettes et la salle de bain. Jacuzzi très appréciable et est situé en extérieur et couvert.
