- Separate WC

The house is ideally located in Les Moitiers-d'Allonne, in a very pleasant environment. You can benefit from the proximity of all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- On Hatainville beach, you can take surfing lessons with the Vainana Surf school.
- Kite surfing, kite flying, sand yachting...
- Numerous hiking trails pass close by, including the GR 223.

- Visit the Channel Islands from Carteret.
